Durable and aesthetic SYTEC street inlet covers made of polymer concrete are an excellent alternative solution to the commonly used cast iron covers. Aesthetic appearance goes very well with all types of carriageway surface. There is the option of painting them in several shades.

Intended use
SYTEC street inlet covers made of polymer concrete are used in every place, with C250 loads and where cast iron covers cannot be used. Aesthetic finishing means that such covers are excellent for projects in which not only functionality, but also higher visual qualities is of importance, for instance when restoring historic areas of cities, or on the grounds which are to become landmark of a city or of a commune. The product is intended for the terrains of high aesthetic qualities.
Key advantages
There is no doubt that the advantage of the SYTEC polymer concrete covers, especially in our present-day reality, is the fact that giving up commonly used cast iron prevents the frequent deft related disappearance of covers. This disappearing is caused by so called "scrap metal collectors", it is very troublesome, leads to accident risk, and generates additional costs for any city or commune.
The other important aspect is price of such a solution - SYTEC cover is simply cheaper when compared to a cast iron one, which "would have been lost" at least once. Moreover, the cover is very durable, resistant to frost, atmospheric corrosion and corrosive chemical substances.
